So today and Sunday there is a Comicon at Exeter University's great hall and I popped down for my morning coffee and got arrested by some Imperial forces....
The guys costumes were great and quite literally made my morning!!!

This is the Postural Activation Sequence (PAS), that comes from my Energiser rehab program that all clients on the first stage get taught.
It is 4 very simple exercises:

You can repeat the sequence daily just like anything else listen to your body, take it slowly and if in doubt stop.

All you need is enough space to lie on the floor adn do a press up.
You simple do each each exercise for 1min each for a total of 5mins,
repeat each day.
