Here's the thing before you start getting you knickers in a twist (gents you too). Seriously stop and think about this and I'll show you how I have done this too!
Look I am the first person who believes that you'll never "build a life you love doing things you loathe" and there is no success or happiness at the end of a miserable journey!
I also believe that sometimes you also have to be honest with yourself, I mean not just little white lie i'll share parts of the truth...

I did this recently myself, I never put out content to help people for fear of being judged or fear of not being good enough, yet I wanted to build a long term successful business, hmm can we see the issue here.....
Seriously I told myself I didn't enjoy it, therefore it didn't make me happy so i won't do it!
Yep I used my own self improvement stuff as a B.S. lie....
Yet when I got asked about the fears and was helped by an awesome coach to understand that I will always be judged and I am good enough right now, the final part of the puzzle was when I was asked this "So is it the fact David that you don't genuinely enjoy it, or the fact it makes you uncomfortable because you suck at it......?"
B.S. Mirror blown away......
Seriously i was like Damn, the thing is there is we can remove the self limiting beliefs (like ine about fear of judgement and not being good enough), you also need to build the skill of action.
Easiest way, start, just simply start but make it something small and believable.
So I ask you: "So is it the fact (name) that you don't genuinely enjoy it, or the fact it makes you uncomfortable because you suck at it......?"
In which case, stop hiding behind the lie of not enjoying it and pick one simple small action you can take and achieve RIGHT NOW!!!
It has to be small and achievable, otherwise your own brain will be threatened adn engage in self sabotage (it's trying to protect you from rejection and failure, yet ironically keeping you stuck too).
Once you have done it often enough and believe that; repeat it again and a gain until it becomes habit. Then look for a bigger thing to do, in fact i'd say once you do this habitually you'll already be searching for it anyway! and this is where massive transformation occurs!!!
