One of the biggest comments I get is that client's want to lose fat but can't because of their back pain!
Well look i understand, as someone who had massive issues around back pain at the age of 21 it gets in your head. There in also lies the solution though, why do you view the 2 things (fat loss and back pain rehabilitation) as mutually exclusive?
What about if you asked the question how can I heal my back and burn the fat?
