Here we are with Day 4 and between days 1-3 we've deep dived into our awareness of ourselves.
How we ACT and how we FEEL about ourselves also.
If you have completed (or started) the tasks then you may have to really FOCUS and REFLECT on your thoughts and feelings.
This IS difficult to do!
But it is also VERY important as it means that you're becoming consciously aware of what you do so that you can then change it
Which is the aim of this challenge!
TOMORROW i'll be adding something else to the process that could "shine a light" on some discoveries for you so that you can move forward into the later part of the first week
