Ok so my last weekend Synrgy Circuit class at Exeter University this weekend as I am off for Easter Hols (yay).
So i had to make it a good one.....
As someone who loves both the fitness and rehabilitation world and who specalises in taking ordinary people in pain to become almost superhero versions of themselves and always tells people to start slow and with control, I can actually make a pretty mean circuit class!!!
The routine is 8 exercises, each one performed for 30secs with a 15secs break, making each round 6mins long.

This is a very advanced circuit and I'd say you need at least 6 months of training behind you.
Once you have it though this works (please note I didn't say it was nice).
