I am currently discussing the topic of "not being good enough"; I started it with a post yesterday about how feeling that way is a lie and how there is a simple 3 step solution. In case you missed it the post can be found HERE.
Today is one all about how you not feeling good enough is keeping you tied down with your F.B.P.
F.B.P = Fat back Pain or back pain that is keeping you fat.
it stops you training, it makes you feel shit, it stops you doing simple day to day stuff like house work, cooking, spending time with the kids.
Spend long enough here and it becomes insidious (in-side-of-us, in a subtle but damaging way).
In fact it starts to make you feel helpless and yo start to feel less that you really are, in fact you become a simple shell of the person you really are....
Deep down you start to hate yourself and feel worthless or "not good enough."
Look once again, said with love, it's BULLSHIT!!!!!!
Please stop, you are comparing yourself to a future that never exists, look back instead!
Have a look back over the last week and ask honestly is my pain always the same or is that a head story?
So there you have it pain management, you now have a best, worst and average plan, in effect you create a prediction and response, for your brain this means safety!!
Safety creates clarity and clarity creates direction and direction creates action and this then enables you to progress forward in both reduction of pain and losing weight / body fat.
