Hey guys, David here from ReBoot Personal Training here again with super circuit SUnday.
This is a short little one again it is split into 2 circuits.
Alternate Arm Clean And Press
Repeat each exercise for 30s with 15s recovery between each exercise for 2 rounds.
Then follow up witch Circuit B:
1 arm Overhead Alternate Leg Lunge
Again the same format as Circuit A.
Once you have done each circuit 2x through, rest for 1 min and then repeat both circuits again.
