Hey Ladies and Gents it's David Elcoate here again Personal Trainer in Exeter.
Here again with a simple circuit idea that I used in the gym. The format is 30s of work with 15s rest between each exercise for 8 exercises rest for 45s at the end of each circuit. Use the following exercises:
Round 1 & 3 do the a) exercises, round 2 & 4 do the b) exercises, keep the rower and burpees constant (as with anything, if you can't do an exercise replace it with one you can).
